No Room For Doubt

I am never 100% happy with a project until I am completely finished.  Most of the time I second guess my work and designs.  I have to just power through the self doubt, and more often than not, I am extremely happy with the results.

I doubted my idea for this blanket almost the entire time I worked on it.  I had to fight the urge to frog it and start over.

I'm so glad I didn't scrap my idea!
This blanket is perfect!

I think self doubt is normal, but it can seriously hinder a person.  I am learning that if I doubt myself, I don't live up to my full potential.  It's a very real struggle, but slowly I'm coming out of it.  Once I complete a project in which I doubted my ability, I feel such a sense of accomplishment, and yes, even a little pride.

God is there, guiding you through all of it, and he will give you the knowledge and peace to get through (with the little crochet projects, as well as the giant hurdles life will throw in our way).

Sometimes you just have to trust that God won't steer you wrong, and you know what you're doing.  Power through.  You may just surprise yourself!
